Staff was very friendly, but I arrived on a rainy holiday and they forgot to put my keys on the safe, as announced. That was very troublesome, since I had to go back to the station with all my luggage aqnd get a phone-card in order to call the emergency number. (My handphone was not active). But still, they were friendly and they gave me a free breakfast to compensate the mistake. (Breakfast there is bad, though... Instead of paying the 7,- euros that it costs, I rather recommend to pick up a croissant at the excellent backery on the corner).
The room is ok, since I had to sleep on a sofa bed. Once converted into a bed it is so big that you can not seat on the desk anymore. That was inconvenient for me, since I had to work there. But at least the sofa bed was quite confortable.
Location in Nantes is not cheap. Considering that, I think that despite this minor objections it was a good value for money.
